task misc-wt-mmap-repl-comp has a dependency on two other tasks being completed regardless of their pass/fail state. One of the dependency was not specified correctly so it would not run unless that task pass. This is an easy fix but while at it, we should review the entire file to make sure there is no other misses like this.
