Insert speed decrease rapidly

      Machine: 24cores, 64GB memory, 1T ssd
      Mongo: 3.2.5 WT engine (default config)
      using YCSB to insert 130million records (length 256Byte), in the first 40mins, 8~9wQPS, then the thoughout decrease to 1~2wQPS.
