Some Jepsen test runs fails due task timeout. This task is to lower (and hopefully eliminate) that condition by performing the following:

1. Reduce Java heap settings, such that GC collection runs in a reasonable amount of time
2. Reduce key-time-limit run time option from 30 to 15 seconds
