Increase task timeout for concurrency_simultaneous for mmapv1

      It appears in general workloads run much slower on Win 2k8 DEBUG due to the added debug overhead. They run and complete close to the 120 min threshold that random variation in timing occasionally puts it over the timeout. As such, I'm going to increase the timeout threshold for this task to 3 hrs.
