Windows executables should include version information resource

      See the attached snapshot. Currently, if I have a certain MongoDB executable and I want to see what version it is, I need to run the executable with --version argument.

      Windows applications can embed version resource so that I can see the version of the executable in Windows Explorer (see the attached snapshot).
