rename ShardingTaskExecutor to ShardTaskExecutor

      The current ShardingTaskExecutor is only linked in to mongod.

      We need to add a MongosTaskExecutor to save getLastError info from shards to mongos as part of SERVER-28318.

      To better differentiate the two TaskExecutor wrappers, rename ShardingTaskExecutor to ShardTaskExecutor.
