This log message was removed in https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/commit/e30e39ce1a4a55c46db13ad85f6c1000297ea6ff, but is used in the initial sync performance tests to measure the length of the data clone phase of initial sync. It can probably go at the top of the databasesClonerCallback.
