put fields into system.profile, not a big string

      i don't think we need quotes in the json here. i think we have options that leave them out - plain old toString().

      Also as this is logging we never want to log giant strings – i think plain toString() truncates the output at some distance or sticks "..." in at times.

      even better to make some of this just embedded object
