      Add the coordinator and recipient properties to the beginTransaction command BSON and make them call into the TransactionCoordinator/Participant decorations on the Session.

      Add the transferOwnership property to the commit/abortTransaction commands and make them call into the TransactionCoordinator and control the coordinator's lifetime. This work may require writing IDL for the transferOwnership state.
