In SERVER-28524 we removed the group command. Unfortunately some over-aggressive sed/grep combos have mistakenly unblacklisted jstests/concurrency/fsm_workloads/agg_group_external.js, which is the aggregation stage and not the command that has been removed.

This ticket tracks restoring the blacklist to the following suites:

• concurrency_sharded_causal_consistency
• concurrency_sharded_causal_consistency_and_balancer
• concurrency_sharded_replication
• concurrency_sharded_replication_with_balancer
