      1. Start up a PSA replica set
      2. Insert document

      {id: "foo"}

      into admin.system.version
      3. Attempt to remove

      {id: "foo"}

      from admin.system.version with write concern majority
      4. The secondary will backtrace

      I get a backtrace on the secondary of a PSA replica set when removing any document from admin.system.version with writeConcern majority.

      This started happening in 4.0.0-rc0 and is still present in 4.0.0-rc3
