Tag readConcern_snapshot.js with 'uses_transactions'

      SERVER-34113 had converted some tests to use transaction api but it didn't tag the tests with 'uses_transactions' so variants with MMapV1 tried to run it too. We should check all the converted tests besides readConcern_sanpshot.js.
