Set Session to "kCommitting" before logging the commitTransaction oplog entry

      We currently change the state here: https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/blob/05e9267ef41f99cf61cdf1e745810580846e567f/src/mongo/db/session.cpp#L972 but it probably should be set right after entering _commitTransaction.
