Remove blacklist entries for $lookup and $graphLookup FSM tests

      Many of these tests are blacklisted from passthroughs because the foreign collection cannot be sharded. We should revisit each of the blacklist entries for the FSM workloads which use $lookup or $graphLookup to see if it still makes sense.
