Once the new multiple oplog entry transaction format becomes the default, we would like to rename and re-purpose the current multi-oplog-txn test suites (core_txns_multi_oplog_entries, replica_sets_multi_oplog_txns, and replica_sets_multi_oplog_txns_jscore_passthrough) to set the maxNumberOfTransactionOperationsInSingleOplogEntry parameter to 1.
