Introduce PlanStageStats in DocumentSource. At present, DocumentSource PlanStageStats will not be used anywhere, but will be useful for the ongoing map reduce project as well as the future execution stats in agg project.

Introducing PlanStageStats to DocumentSource involves changing DocumentSource getNext to use template method and adding a stageName member variable to DocumentSources that are missing one.
