Remove dryRun command-line option from multiversion tests

      We are currently generating multiversion tests using the --dryRun option to avoid actually running the tests generated. Once we want to turn the multiversion tests on, we should remove the dryRun command line option.

      Additionally, we should remove the dryRun option in the random mixed version tests from evergreen.yml.
