Currently when you run update/delete with maxTimeMS and the operation did not finish within the specified timeframe, you get an error:
"errmsg": "Exec error resulting in state FAILURE :: caused by :: operation exceeded time limit", "code": 50, "codeName": "MaxTimeMSExpired"
It would be nice to know how many items were actually updated/deleted
