Since 4.3-latest uses 4.3.4 cut on Feb 28th, it doesn't include the behavior change added after that but before the feature complete on 4.4 branch. We need to blacklist the tests using waitForConfigReplication() because ReplSetGetStatus missed the config term fields for other nodes in 4.3.4, which has been fixed in this commit after 4.3.4 but before the feature complete. This ticket also needs to backport to 4.4 to unblacklist them when the commit is picked up in 4.3-latest.
