When a migration occurs from a 4.4 binary, this field will not be sent. However, the migration can proceed successfully. If the donor is running in FCV 4.2 or with the resumable range deleter disabled, the migration will correctly fail because the message will be missing the migration coordinator ID, LSID and txnNumber.
