This log message is very noisy, accounting for 1/3 of logs messages on a node recently upgraded to 4.4.0-rc3. Consider either increasing the log level or taking other steps to reduce its impact in mongodb logs. As a user, I don't understand its significance. Would it be less common if all of the nodes in the cluster were upgraded to 4.4.0-rc3?
