fts_find_and_modify.js should be blacklisted in passthroughs that require retryable writes

      fts_find_and_modify.js was recently added under SERVER-47801, but it can fail in passthrough suites that require retryable writes (e.g. replica_sets_kill_primary_jscore_passthrough). This is because findAndModify's fields option has never worked with retryable writes – see SERVER-31242. The test should be blacklisted in the necessary passthroughs until SERVER-31242 is resolved.
