Include file name in open file assertion messages

      In case of failures trying to open a file using shell utils (1|2), the file name is not currently shown in the error message.

      Including it will allow to better troubleshoot future file opening problems (e.g. in BF-17570 it's not possible to trace back on which files the problem arose).
