I noticed in a CR that several sharding concurrency, like this one, commonly manually blacklist individual test files where those tests run commands incompatible with mongos.
Perhaps there's some reason I'm missing that the 'assumes_against_mongod_not_mongos' tag isn't used. But, if not, then it seems like a nice improvement.
