Add tests to verify that API version parameters are correctly propagated to the query sub-commands

      We need to verify that the API version parameters attached to the outer command of a $unionWith and $lookup and propagated into the inner pipeline. We need to verify that is both sharded and usharded clusters. We can make use of the newly added test expression to validate this.
