ReshardingDonorService transition to kDonatingOplogEntries doesn't need to update coordinator doc

      Right now, the donor's transition to kDonatingOplogEntries also updates the coordinator document. This isn't necessary and should be changed to just transition the state (similar to the transition to kPreparingToMirror)
