Query commands should inherit from IDL generated base Command class.

      The commands, find, aggregate and findAndModify classes should be replaced with IDL generated base classes. See SERVER-51862. As part of this ticket we should also investigate if it's possible for insert, update and delete commands to inherit (since they already have another base class) IDL generated base Command class.
