Since SBE is currently guarded by a feature flag and off by default, we should not run SBE tests against "regular" build variants, but rather should only run SBE tests against build variants designed to test features under development. Several additional such build variants have been added under related ticket SERVER-53289. This rule ensures that the release team can easily determine which failures in Evergreen might have real implications for customers, potentially blocking a release, as compared to failures which require that a feature flag is enabled.

We should alter the set of build variants which run the core_sbe and aggregation_sbe tasks, so that only feature-flag variants run these tasks.
