      • Update the test function names and comments since currently they are quite verbose and confusing. 
      • Rename tenant_migration_concurrent_{reads|writes}.js and tenant_migration_concurrent_{reads|writes}_on_donor.js since we're adding similar tests for the recipient in SERVER-53582.
