This section of the Repl Architecture Guide seems to suggest that aborting a single replica set transaction will update the transaction's sessionTxnRecord with state kAbortedWithoutPrepare. However, it seems that if we abort a single replica set transaction, we will actually remove the transaction entry from disk. We should update the architecture guide to reflect this.
