In our application we follow a specific collection UUID even if the collection is renamed etc.

We wish to have the ability to open a changestream associated with a collection UUID (instead of a collection name).

The semantics of this changestream might be different than the one open on a namespace, for instance, if a collection is renamed, I expect a rename event and not an invalidate event.
