Delete GetMoreRequest in favor of IDL-generated GetMoreCommand

      In SERVER-53149, I introduced an IDL-generated parser for getMore requests, called GetMoreCommand. This is nearly the same as the handwritten GetMoreRequest class. Let's delete GetMoreRequest and replace its usages with GetMoreCommand. There are only a half-dozen places (outside of tests) that must be changed.
