Improve testing around snapshotted range deletion tasks for rename

      • Unit test range deletion util functions used by rename.
      • Consider moving the functions into one of the existing rename-specific files.

      Following a rename, test that:

      • no "garbage" is left into config.rangeDeletionsForRename
      • no source range deletion tasks are stored anymore
