Integrate CancelableOperationContext into ReshardingTxnCloner

      The ReshardingTxnCloner::_withTemporaryOperationContext() method and its lengthy doc comment can be removed. It is still necessary for the CurOp to be marked as having started for the call to Pipeline::getNext() though. See also the CancelableOperationContextFactory class mentioned in SERVER-55306.
