Minor - P4 jstests/core/index_stats.js is excluded by filename in a number of passthrough test configurations (for example, multi_shard_multi_stmt_txn_stepdown_primary_jscore_passthrough.yml. This is not always necessary because of the tags declared at the top of the test.
It would simplify our test configuration to remove some of these redundant index_stats.js exclusions.
