Change default order of network compressor to 'zstd,snappy,zlib'

      We decided to change the default storage compressor to zstd (available for storage and network compression since 4.2) in SERVER-56507. We should also change the default order for networkMessageCompressors.  I don't believe there should be any upgrade/downgrade considerations here.
