Mongod's response is extremely slow

      we have some 3.4 sharding cluster, sometimes a node will become   extremely slow. it is very slower even if we are just conneting to the mongod process.

      Maybe our data is a little big , the avgObjSize of many collections are hundreds of KB , if is it the main cause of a poor performance?

      I have collect   perf top data and pstack , hope that can help you analyze the problem.
