      • Make the API support generating lsid and txnNumber for an internal transaction for a client opCtx, making an opCtx for the internal transaction and checking out the internal session
      • Make the API support local transactions (for mongod) 
      • Make ShardingCatalogManager use this API instead of withTransaction
