In order to update to update FCV constants in server code base following 5.0 branch (SERVER-56366) it was necessary to disable some of the jstests/sharding tests because they where failing in the multi-version suites.

For the tests that keep failing after the FCV constants update we created several tickets, all split from SERVER-58351 in order to fix and re-enable them.

The goal of this ticket instead is to re-enable all the tests that are not failing anymore after the FCV constants update, but that for some reason have been tagged with disabled_due_to_server_58295.
