The hang analyzer is not run out of the src/mongo repo and therefore isn't picking up the evergreen credentials set here.

We should change the function above to use the Evergreen working directory dir (if available) instead of cwd. The Evergreen dir can be generated by concatenating the "workdir" environment variable and "src".
