Remove logging from ClusterCursorManager

      To help solve the 4 year long mystery of SERVER-27796, we added a special "internal log" to the cluster cursor manager and dump it in the case where the invariant described in SERVER-27796 trips. Now that SERVER-27796 has been solved we should remove this additional logging. See here.
