Working on SERVER-60267, we realized there are tests for the scenario in which a jumbo chunk may be created but not testing on the other side, to make sure that a big chunk doesn't get marked as jumbo even though it can be split.

Objective of this ticket is to review current jumbo chunks' tests and introduce more exhaustive testing.
