Debian/Ubuntu packages use "mongodb", Redhat/Fedora packages use "mongod"

      • The Debian/Ubuntu packages use "mongodb" for the user/group, conf file and init.d script
      • The Redhat/Fedora package uses "mongod" for user/group, conf file and init.d script

      These should be consistent regardless of OS to make scripts, etc. easier to manage.
