      Coinbase is in process pre-creating chunks on an empty sharded collection and encountered following error messages in CSRS:

      2022-01-25T22:56:36.304+0000 W  SHARDING [conn210744] chunk operation commit failed and metadata will be revalidated :: caused by :: BadValue: preCondition failed
2022-01-25T23:23:50.352+0000 W  SHARDING [conn214186] chunk operation commit failed and metadata will be revalidated :: caused by :: BadValue: preCondition failed

      This is currently a blocker for the sharding a large production collection AC2S.

      This request is to clean up some meta data from CSRS since the customer does not have the permission.
