      As part of understanding and improving how the current transport layer tears down, SERVER-63674 proposed to create a new server parameter while the investigation takes place.

      The next step is to understand if and how evergreen supports manually triggering patches with the flag turned on. I expect to face an increased number of core dumps and open their respective BFs getting help from / assigning them to different teams according to their area of expertise.
