With MSVS 2022, the ldap test seem to be unable to run in parrellel. Reduce the resmoke jobs to 1 allows them to pass. There may be a new security feature related to MSVS 2022 and ldap request method which limit concurrency. Security should investigate. Until we solve the issue, we will limit the test to 1 job.
