Dears,

i have replication mongdb, ( primay and 2 secondry), when i get in log files this message in below. the insert stopped till finish, but this message give me big lag 

i do search and check time all machines the same time. 

i need to know what the problem and how can solve it

mongodb version is v4.0.4

i need your help, please
