Feature flags on master branch being passed to v6.0 mongo instance causing failure

      A new feature flag was added to the master branch, but during multiversion testing, we are attempting to enable the feature flag on the 6.0 version of mongo as well. This is causing the test to fail since we cannot start the mongo instance.
