Customers need to be able to have 2 sets of logs. One for their internal use and troubleshooting. The other that they can send to MDB Support. Current capabilities are such that the MDB core server can only perform redacted or non-redacted....not both at the same which would be a much needed improvement to be able to send data to MDB support for quicker support ticket resolution.
