      Our time-series tests use this test helper to check for support for recent scalability improvements, which are guarded by a feature flag. These tests are also run in multiversion suites where a server from an older version might not contain the feature flag. We should either fix the test helper to take older servers into consideration or exclude the enclosing tests using tags.
